The next release of mojoblog (our wordpress compatible component for joomla legacy and a8e) should be available from our "Sources" section the first week of March.
Screen-caps of the component outlining new features and functions can be viewed in the full release article coming out next week. Until then, we've added a few "teasers" to keep folks drooling.
Quick description of MojoBlog 0.17 from screen-caps above. (left to right, top to bottom.)
- Restyled Dashboard Cleaner UI, Often used tools now iconized and available from main Dashboard screen.
- Improved Cache Handling Now cleans pages, expired sessions and user cache files.
- MojoMeta Tags Integrated plugin allowing mojobloggers to set meta tags, meta description and even unique meta generator attributes.
- Restyled Write panel New, snappy style for Write and Post Panels.
- Image Upload Issues with inline frame uploading and pasting of images into posts now remedied. Optional plugin is ALSO available.
- Import Posts and Content Import previous versions of mojoblog into 0.17..
- Import Posts from other platforms Hooks for additional Import options (joomla, wp, etc.) ready.
- Export Mojoblog Export content, posts, via WP XLS file for importing into the real deal (Wordpress 2.7+)
- Quicklinks, Better manage comments and incoming link love.
- New, Online documentation available from the mojo Dashboard.
